If I could give 0 stars- I would Terrible customer service in the service area 2/2 visits. Poorly trained staff. Extremely long wait time last WITH an appointment. Sold a vehicle that had been wrecked Dealership agreed to repair the vehicle that was purchased wrecked, a year later we still cannot get the service department to complete the repairs. I have phoned several times and spoken with Jason from the service department, to be told that yes they have a record of what was repaired and will need to look into what went wrong and what happened to the missing parts. The car continues to beep because the screw was not ordered to hold the sensor on the front in place that detects objects, the guard on the bottom of the car that was also supposed to be replaced because it had a broken clip and was hanging finally broke loose and came off the car, I am certain causing more damage. The air conditioning that was not working was repaired in May of 2019 when this ridiculous journey began. The windshield fluid holder is also busted, however we did not know this at time because we had not tried to fill it up. More
