I keep experiencing poor customer service I brought my car in for routine service... I also was having an issue with my driver window going up and down. After setting up my maintenance service I brought my car in for routine service... I also was having an issue with my driver window going up and down. After setting up my maintenance service online. When I got there first they tried to double charge. Until I showed proof of what the amount told me online.... Then there was an issue with the guy who was supposed to be fixing my window.... He drops the window all the way down and couldnt get it back up. So I was told they were putting me in a loaner car until the part arrives for the window. I was told I would have my car back by that Wednesday. I get over to go get the loaner car and sat and waited forever for the dude to get the car. He comes back with the car and says oh it took so long bc I had to aired of the tire twice.... I was thinking maybe he was talking bout 2 different tires.... Finish the Paperwork and walk around and I drive off to go get my kids. I got from Union City to Midtown and the low air light comes on.... We put air in the tire amd push on. By the end of the night.... Light comes on AGAIN. PUT more air in the tire..... The next day same thing, that monday morning same thing air in the tire twice a day. So by That Tuesday I have to put more air in the tire. Being frustrated I called the car rental guy back, no answer and left a very detaileessage about the tire. No call back.... Here is Wednesday the day on supposed to get my car back.... I'm being told it wont be ready until Thursday and tell them what's going on with the tire, I was told to speak wit the guy I got the car from... Once again no answer and I leave yet another detailed message no reply.... Thursday same thing air in the tire twice a day and still my car isn't ready for pick up. Friday morning rolls around I get the call to lick up my car... But before I go I gotta put more air in the tire to drive from.Buckhead where I work to Union City... Before I could get off the freeway good, the low air tire light comes on AGAIN. I spent $25 in air for tires that they knew were an issue. Absolutely ridiculous More
