Awesome! I was already having a stressful day when my car wouldn't start. I called ALM Kia South and told them my car was headed to them. I had a very nice gentleman named Alex on the phone. He was awesome! Throughout the day he kept me informed about my car while I was at work. Awesome customer service. He even called me on his day off while he was heading out for a vacation to let me know that my car was ready. How many people follow up with a customer on their day off? Very few. That is usually handed off to someone else that is at work. Alex is one in a million in my book. I am very grateful for the Awesome Customer Service that I received from Alex. The whole staff overall was great. I really appreciate all the time and attention that was given towards my car to get it running again. More

I think you need to introduce yourself staff to another. I sent my daughter their last week to make a payment, and the front desk personal didn’t have a clue on who is Mr. Jones is.
