Why make an appointment! I made an appointment for basic oil change for 12 and I arrived after a 45 minute ride to a service employee who states it going to be a 2.5 to 3 hour I made an appointment for basic oil change for 12 and I arrived after a 45 minute ride to a service employee who states it going to be a 2.5 to 3 hour wait (A telephone call an hour in advance would be a very professional for a 3 hour delay for an oil change). The service men mentioned I should come back next week and be the first one at 8, he stated he would reschedule and let service know. I came home and they mention I missed my appointment. I came the next week at 6:55 AM and was seen 7:10 AM the first to be pulled in. l was completed in 35 minutes all good. No problem with that day but you need to inform folks appointments are useless first come first serve! More

1st I appreciate the hard work that Waddell White did to get the car I thought i wanted. Qhich was and is 2016 C300 4matic. My overall experience was very negative with the actual purchase. Purchased the car on April 28th, believing that it was a great purchase. However after 36 hrs the check engine light came on it took 2.5 weeks to get the issue resolved so I thought. I was told that the issue had been resolved and it appeared to have been corrected until I took a trip on June 2 out of town and to my grim surprise on the way back the engine light was back on again. Of course I went back to ALM Kia South with no resolve got a copy of what they said was done and then took the car to the benz dealership to my surprise a small valve had to be replaced which was only $6.00 but the labor to repair cost $450.00 plus dollars for a total cost of $459.00 because the work done by ALM was done incorrectly and not was that an additional cost to me because the extended warranty of more $3100.00 did not cover any if the cost. My last disappointment was to find that during all of these transfers back with ALM the rear tail light was cracked and wasn't replaced by ALM but by myself at a cost of $300.00. So bottom line I've put in more $750.00 within 2 months of.my purchase. Really sad that outside of the finance person my purchase has been disaster to me personally and financially. Neither the owner or service manager have called back to make any recommendation to resolve the issue. Very disappointing and this will be last purchase from the dealership. More
Very Poor Customer Service = I waiting quite some time for someone to greet & assist me. When a gentleman finally came out of the shop, he had a dry, short, abrasive tone and seemed mad that he had to hel for someone to greet & assist me. While getting a repair quote, he gave me rude interaction, no eye contact and nothing welcoming for me to return there to do the work. Even my small talk and humor didn't change his "mean demeanor". #Negative Energy ~ I received no positive professional interaction. (not a pleasant person to interact with) No greeting at the beginning and nothing when he completed the quote. He did not want to serve me! TBH, I purchased my car @ KIA of Union City years ago and always drive there for my car needs. But I live in Morrow for some time now. So, I thought I'd try this KIA minutes from my home. #Will Never Return To KIA SOUTH. * * IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE TO KEEP GOING TO ALM / KIA UNION CITY; where I am greeted immediately and through out the process staff members smile & greet me. (Love Union City snacks while you wait, walk you to your car and a nice car wash too.) - DO BETTER KIA SOUTH! = This place needs to learn from KIA Union City how to treat customer!!! The organization at this dealership is seriously lacking. Once the sale is complete the customer service drops drastically. Each time you walk through the doors there's a minimum of hour wait. Great customer service from service department especially Hunter. Great way of communicating with customers. However, the rental department was not so pleasant. I am not sure what others have experienced but I am not impressed so far with ALM’s Service Department. I can’t even get the Service Department to send me a book and I have a new car! The Sales department impressed so far with ALM’s Service Department. I can’t even get the Service Department to send me a book and I have a new car!
