Too Long of a wait Took 3 Hours just for a oil change. The new employee was nice and gave me some $ off and a car wash but I was not planning on staying that long. I had to keep checking with them to see what was going on. I saw Two people leave an hour before me and they came in after me for the same service yes an Oil Change. I have patients and I'm glad I did not have to be anywhere but 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. More

I went to the service department and the process was the most smooth process ever. I live about 45 mins away from the dealership, however I'm totally committed to making the trip because: 1. The level of customer service is 2nd to NONE. 2. The thorough job done was with fidelity and excellence. 3. The environment is very positively infectious. 4. We stay in dunwoody so driving to union city is not a short distance for us. I had previously attempted to book an appointment online for that day but nothing was available and there was not a notice stating that walk ins were not welcome on certain days. So he came back on Monday morning and after the car was serviced there was nobody there to fill the gas tank up which was one of the services that’s they told me would be included when I purchased the vehicle. This is the first service I’ve had on the vehicle and I was not happy with the process I sent this correspondence to the service mgr on the 23rd but have yet to get any feedback. More
