I reported issues that I was facing with my brand new 2024 vehicle in May as of October. I have had little to no resolve on said issues every time I call no one from the service department answers. They promise you prompt and quality service. Took my car in late August didn’t get it back till today. Not by the lack of trying!!! I kept getting transfer to everyone that had a full mailbox. I asked that they also replace my windshield blades; they said it would be 70 dollars, after have my car more than 2 1/2 weeks and a couple dozen unanswered calls I finally was able to talk some one. When my husband gets there to pick up my car they charge him 115 dollars and some change for the blinds. 30.00 was installation fee. After all the xxxx they put me through the least that they could do was give me the wipers for free. They left areas they touched with dirty hands. I will never go to this dealership again. And if you don’t take me heed. You’ll walk away with the same bad taste as I have. Heed this warning More
