Highly disappointed, was not given inspection report even though I asked Jeremiah Bivens for one. Car not detailed as promised and poor communication. Jeremiah knew I was shipping the car to Puerto Rico so it needed to be inspected and cleaned properly before shipping. He called me the day the transport company arrived to tell me he needed more time to get it detailed (cleaned). I texted him for him to email me the inspection report and he never answered my text. I did a survey for Navy Federal Credit Union and informed them of my displeasure. Jeremiah Bivens told me he was going to price a new set of keys for me as the Ford Expedition came with only one and never did. Unacceptable and unprofessional. My son is looking to buy a car in the next year (he lives in Jonesboro) but it will not be at ALM Kia South. More
The service center was extremely run down and the employees that I dealth with were not helpful. They just wanted me to buy a car instead of helping me understand and assisting me with my own car. They will lie to you and rob you! They are not honest. They only car about money. They do not take good care of your car. They will tell you things cost way more than they do. They told me it would be $200 to change my headlight because they have to remove the entire bumper. I looked it up on YouTube and changed it myself via the hood in 5 minutes. They told me the service I needed would take 5 hours though my insurance company argued for days that it should not take more than 2 hours. They charge $185+ an hour for labor. They charged me for 5 hours but it only took one hour of work. They said they checked my tires, headlights, did a courtesy clean, etc but my car was in the exact condition it was in with no cleaning, all my tires were at a very low pressure, and one of my head light was out. They charged for a diagnostic they did not do. They claimed so many things but didn’t actually do anything of the things they claimed or marked off as done. Worst experience ever and I have been driving Kia and getting serviced at other Kia dealerships for 10 years. Please do not go here AT ALL. More
