I must say that during this time of Covid 19 customers need a break. Lots of people are not working and/or income is being challenged through loss of employment, rising costs of goods and food, health care, etc. Merchants need to take all of this into consideration if they want to continue doing business for people for they are only going to take care of the necessities and put the luxuries aside for now. It did my heart good to have a considerate person on your staff make this consideration regardless of the financial interests of your company. Without him I would have never considered this repair. I will continue to use ALM Kia because of him. I forgot his name but my repair was done on July 15th at ALM Kia Union City, GA. Give that man a RAISE!!!
