I scheduled a service appointment for 8 AM. I arrived and was checked in after about 10 minutes. I told the service rep I plan to wait and she said that was fine and pointed me towards the waiting room. Two was checked in after about 10 minutes. Two hours later I went to check on my vehicle and was told that the service I was having with a typical three or four hour service(90k mile). Was so upset because I was not told that when I called and scheduled the appointment nor when I checked in for my appointment that morning. If I had known, I certainly would not have chosen to sit and wait. The service itself was fine, the people were polite, but there was no reason the length of that appointment was not communicated to me in advance or at my arrival. I’ve used this dealership for quite a while and have not had any problems so I hesitated to leave this review. I just want to make sure this type of information is better communicated to your customers at check-in. More

I thought the process at ALM would be easy and quick. But the lack of customer service truly put a dampener on the entire process. I bought the car on a SUN. Went back to pick it up at the scheduled time; 1P the lack of customer service truly put a dampener on the entire process. I bought the car on a SUN. Went back to pick it up at the scheduled time; 1PM the next Day (MON). However the car was not ready, because the salesman had taken the keys home with him SUN night, and did not come back to work until after lunch. So we had to WAIT 4 and a half HOURS to get our new car. During that 4 Hour wait we only saw the salesperson ONCE, and had to go to the Manger every few hours and beg for an update. They also owed us another key, which was NOT ready on MON either. So it was scheduled to be made 2 days later at 11:00 AM on WED. But the locksmith did not show up until 11:55 (almost an hour late). My Fiancé waited another 4 HOURS, only to be told that they were unable to successfully program the key, and she would have to come back AGAIN to try another time. So we WASTED AN ENTIRE DAY (8 HOURS) PLUS 2 MORE WASTED ROUNDTRIPS TO THIS DEALERSHIP. We are ASTONISHED at the lack of attention given to paying Customers that just spent $45,000 on a car. If I had not ALREADY signed the paperwork, and paid $3,000 down in CASH on SUN night, I would have walked out of this dealership on MON, and they would have lost this sale completely. We FINALLY have everything that they owed us almost TWO WEEKS after we purchased this car. We will NEVER return to this Dealership again, and advise you to stay away also!!! More
I'm in need of some assistance. I took my Kia Soul to the Union City location for service since my vehicle kept stalling. I paid over $1600 and I was told that if that doesn't fix the problem, bring the the Union City location for service since my vehicle kept stalling. I paid over $1600 and I was told that if that doesn't fix the problem, bring the vehicle back and they'll take care of it at no additional cost. Needless to say, the vehicle is still stalling and upon ALM Kia South checking the vehicle again, this time they think the problem is something else, which will cost us an additional $2100. I need some urgent assistance. I can't keep paying thousands of dollars for a guessing game. More
