These are suppose to be experienced service employees and I received the bottom of the barrel service. I asked for them to find out why my van stop running. When asked what do I think was the issues, I myself a regular person with no training on auto repair tell the consultant it might be the alternator , but can you check to see exactly what it is. Was told later I need an alternator and battery after the diagnosis reading. Car stil not working with completely dying after a few days. I repeatedly had it towed back in to the dealership for them to figure out why it's still having issues after I paid $1100 to fix what was stated to be the issue. Finally to keep calling myself and have the service manager to finally tell me I need a new motor and ask me if I wanted to get a quote for that! This information should have been discovered at the beginning and not after I was led to believe 1100 would fix the issue! More
