Everything went well. My first time to visit for a service call. Not much signage pointing to the service entrance, so I ended up heading into the exit, until one of the workers pointed out how to go service call. Not much signage pointing to the service entrance, so I ended up heading into the exit, until one of the workers pointed out how to go around to the service entrance. Next time will be better. The scheduling system is very good. Regarding the service, I do miss the personal touch where the mechanic takes the time to show you what he's done to your vehicle, and what may need attention soon. I guess with Covid, people don't want to talk to each other even if they are wearing masks. I did get a print out of what was done, and the service was quick and on time. More

I bought a 2015 Mercedes S550. 3 days later the enine light came on. I live an hr away and couldnt get anyone on the phone. when I did I was put on hold multiple times for over an hr. After finally getting someone on the 4th day he assured me that they would take care of it. I only had 5 days to return the car and I was assure that they would fix it and it was minor. They clearly have a system set up to stall customes who have loans funding with complaints. After 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of someone i was told that the ringers were tuned down!! for 2 weeks? what about the people that answered and left me on hold or hung up on me?I finally took it in and was told it needed a tune up. After a week the check engine light came back on. I took it back in i was told it needed a cam posioning censor. The agreed to fix it. A week later while out of town the check engine light came on again. they told me to bring it back in. i asked for paperwork to show what they did to the vehicle and was told that they wouldnt give me papperwork because the dealership was taking care of it. I then said how do i know anything is being done to the vehicle. i have my own diagnostic test done in june and it showed there was a misfire on the 6th cylinder. but they could find the problem i was told. i took it back in august and was told it would be 7000.00 to fix it and i needed to pay half. then 2 weeks later i was told the whole enginge needed to be replace. it would be 40k for a new engine and 20k for a used one. i was then told a week later that they would swap me out and to pick anything from the inventory. they had nothing comparible so here i sit 3 months later. renting one of their cars for 1200 a month on top of my 700 car payment. i finally pick a 750i on Nove 23 rd went to the lot test drove the car. there was a warning light on. i was told by the sales guy that they would check it out. i was then to it was an error code and sometimes that happens and theres nothing wrong with the car. Did all my paperwork went thru the same bank 5/3rd drove off the lot didnt make it to the light when the powertrain light came on. i took it back and was told that they would tak it to bmw to get it checked out first thing mon morning. So mon I got a call saying everything checked out and i was good to go. i pick the car up and had it checked out myself tue morning. The car needs 2 new turbos which would cost 7500.00. the finance manager calls and said to bring the car back that he was going to another bank which i didnt understand at the time because my bank had already approved me. I know the reason now but Ill get to that. I get in and the price of the car had went up 6,000. the gap insurance even though its with the same company that was written up the prior day went from 800 to 2400 the warrentee went from 4200 to 7600. i sat and hagle with the finance manager for hrs stating the car needs 7500.00 worth of work and he just says the warrentee company will cover it. just sign. i refused after doing my research and finding they wont repair pre existing problems. So hes trying to defraud the warrentee company and even suggests i do an insurance job on the car after keeping it for a yr or 2 since ill never be able to get rid of it or trade it in because they are rolling 10k of neg equity from my benz into the new loan. i was told i had to pay the 3500 to help put my benz back together just good enough so they could run it thru the auction to defraud someone else. i paid 3500.00 so now im upside down 17,000.00 on this new deal with benz repair, rental fees and 10k neg equity on the new lemon! i finally ask for the car fax and there it is. its a buy back salvaged title. They never disclosed that. tried to defraud me after all ive been thru. i left the car there and took an uber home but wait it gets better! i became courious if the 1st car i bought was a wrecked salvage as well and bingo. it was totaled and rebuilt. That was never disclosed. now we have big problems. im stuck dealing with them my benz is stuck with the enging and transmission sitting on the ground. now car after 3 months and they knwingly tried to sell me another wrecked salvage. Going to the news, attorney general my bank and my lawyer in the morning. All my conversations were recorded which is admissible as evidence in the state of GA!!! I wish I’d stop getting emails to rate this terrible, terrible dealership. I have not had ONE good experience since buying my car. I could go on and on but I’ve already left a couple reviews but for some reason I just keep getting them... but I’ll tell y’all, my most recent experience with them definitely tops the charts. Kia kept my car for weeks to fix something minor which only got fixed after sitting there for literal weeks because I went up there and told them I needed my car back. Whoever brought my car back to me decided to enter the toll lane and drive 15 miles in it... like.... okay. Then notified the general manager and never got a, “sorry about your experience” or really any contact I had to reach out multiple times to make sure they were going to pay for the ticket. That’s 2 out of about 8 things that have happened with this terrible dealership since I bought my car. So please stop sending me emails about rating them bc i would give 0 stars 100000 times. More
Tues November 24th oil change and tire rotation. Lack of communication between the the point of contact and my wife and the lies as to when her truck would be ready. The lack of caring about your customer and their need as for as their vehicle. I should never have to pay for my service before I test drive my car or truck to see if the repair was done correctly , especially after coming to pick up my truck the first time and the check engine light is still on .
