I'm not gonna lie. These guys over here at ALM Kia will work hard to get you right. In the beginning of the year I purchase a Kia Soul. Six months later the transmission went out no fault of their's it was work hard to get you right. In the beginning of the year I purchase a Kia Soul. Six months later the transmission went out no fault of their's it was a factory default. But you couldn't tell my wife that so I went into the dealership very upset. Within 15 minutes of talking to them they calmed me down and told me to don't worry about it everything is covered under warranty. My vehicle was there for about a month. They gave me a SUV to drive around. A month later everything was fine. I'm happy now so I will definitely we gave these guys my business in the future. They took care of a big problem with no cost to me and they were super professional. Thanks guys. More
