I've been taking my car to Kia of Union City since the day I purchased it. The staff has always been pleasurable and helpful. My December visit was the most challenging in 9 years. I went in for what was day I purchased it. The staff has always been pleasurable and helpful. My December visit was the most challenging in 9 years. I went in for what was supposed to have been an approximately 2-hour service, but eventually spending 7 hours there!
