It was not so much the dealership, which I had very little interaction with, but as is often the case, it was a person, Service Advisor Aaron Austin. His professionalism and courtesy would make me feel little interaction with, but as is often the case, it was a person, Service Advisor Aaron Austin. His professionalism and courtesy would make me feel very comfortable in recommending ALM to others as well as making it my service facility of choice. The value of someone like him in this climate that always seems short on customer service, is immeasurable. More
This was not a very satisfactory visit to otherwise past satisfactory experiences. Arrive about 1045 and told the Service Advisor (MS Lorna Walden) that I thought the battery had died, since it was almost satisfactory experiences. Arrive about 1045 and told the Service Advisor (MS Lorna Walden) that I thought the battery had died, since it was almost 6 years old. MS Walden came to me in the waiting room and confirmed that the battery was dead. She then asked if I would rather have an after-market battery or a KIA battery. I chose the KIA battery. Later MS Walden told me my car war ready. Looked under the hood and found an after-market battery. MS Walden asked me to go back in the waiting room while she had the situation remedied. Once again MS Walden came into the waiting room and told me the vehicle was ready. Once again checked the battery and it was as I had asked for (a KIA Battery). THREE HOURS AND 15 MINUTES IS JUST TOO LONG FOR A DEALER EQUIPED FACILITY. Returned home and decided to check the fluid in the battery as it was the type of battery that was not sealed. Found that each of the six cells required about 2 ½ ounces of distilled water. Evidently the Maintenance technician (Andre Thelwell) did not determine if the new battery was correctly filled. More

I went in with engine problems concerning my 2012. Kia I went in with engine problems concerning my 2012. Kia Sorento and was very happy when they said they were going to replace all bad parts of the engi I went in with engine problems concerning my 2012. I needed a replacement car because this was my only vehicle. He was on the lookout for me to get a courtesy cart. I only had to go a week without a car and then I was able to drive the courtesy until my car was fixed which was about a month. Overall service was superb. More
