The only person that was very polite and helpful is Mr. Jason over the service department when I went to pick up the vehicle. I did try contact the Service Manager through the receptionist and told me that he was out of the building the 3 times that I did called to speak to Him.

Let make myself clear. I’m not looking for a posture or to feel sorry for me or your staff to be fired; just to become proactive not reactive. I believe everyone has their own issues and be able to overcome. I spent many years in leadership positions and we cannot be everywhere at the same time. We delegate knowing that people are able to handle the outcomes and sometimes you are the last person to know and sometimes is too late. I wish you and everyone the best.
