I took car to ALM Union City in March 2021. Well, one month and $1100 later, my engine DIED due to a recall. I was tossed Kia's customer service to seek out a refund, but as a sales manager I already know that is a total waste of time. A week after my new engine was installed, my car died again. This time, the fixings were not tightened for the battery which my father had to go out on a limb to fix on his own. Lastly, they tried to charge me an extra $110 (which I did not pay, due to the salesman "forgetting to charge" me, another bogus charge in my book) to install a new drive belt to correct the air conditioning. Although it was installed (along with the new engine), my ac was still not running properly, resulting in me going to an outside mechanic. I will NEVER return to ALM Union City, and I have nothing nice to say about it at all. I miss the old KIA of Union City where I purchased my car brand new back in 2014. It has been shot to xxxx since it teamed up with ALM!! Never again!! More
