They went above and beyond my expectations. They listened to my concerns and took care of the issues with my vehicle. Shout out to Rachi Stiles and Jason in the service department. to my concerns and took care of the issues with my vehicle. Shout out to Rachi Stiles and Jason in the service department. More

So, I use this dealer for service because my car is under warranty, but they are one of the most inefficient businesses I've ever had to endure .... it took 3 weeks to get an appointment to have them check m warranty, but they are one of the most inefficient businesses I've ever had to endure .... it took 3 weeks to get an appointment to have them check my AC. I was there at the appointment time, I was told it's be $300 for a diagnostic test and then heard nothing for 3 1/2 hours. When I finally got up to inquire what was going on I was told that my car needs a special type of Freon and it was going to take another 45 minutes...... so, all in all, it's going to be 5 hours to do something that should take less than 1 hour .... I'm going to try a new dealership ext time. Hopefully, I'll have a better experience. More
Absolutely HORRIFIC service experiences with my used vehicle purchase. My vehicle was at the Cobb Parkway lot where there was supposed to have been brake work done. Within 48 hours of driving off the vehicle purchase. My vehicle was at the Cobb Parkway lot where there was supposed to have been brake work done. Within 48 hours of driving off the lot, I noticed a familiar rubbing noise whenever I stepped on the brakes with any substantial pressure. I stopped by an automotive specialist in my area to take a look at the brakes and he immediately noticed and confirmed what my initial assessment- the rotors need to be replaced. He pointed out the groves and wear showing there was minimal space to turn the rotorsI took the vehicle to the service department and after waiting nearly 4 hours, was told my vehicle was ready. After a few days, I again noticed the same noise. When I returned to the service department later that week, the service supervisor who received my vehicle the first time admitted they didn’t do anything because they looked at the report from the other dealership and they said they had taken care of it. So I waited 4 hours for exactly what? At this visit I was told they ‘made adjustments’ that should total fix the issue- Guess what? NOPE! There was a big guy who introduced himself as the service manager (I believe he said his name was Mike) who very rudely interjected himself and made a bad situation worse. And after reaching out to the General Manger, ( Jerry, I believe) I now understand that this is the tone set by leadership. While my sales experience was STELLAR the follow-up and follow thru with the service department and upper management were nightmare level. The issue has now gotten so bad along with the steering column seeming to stick) that I have no choice to return for the third time. Wish me luck! I’m going to say a prayer AND keep my fingers crossed- More
