It is a shame that your lack luster waiting room is shared with the priority of sales to new customers. Your old headquarters provided a room with a TV and DVD with movies, as well as mini snacks. It was comfortable and free of excess noise from sales people and traffic. The present waiting area is directly in front of the outside automatic doors constantly opening and closing with cold or hot air which is continually exposing to the waiting customers of service repair. This is an extreme discomfort for your waiting service customers with an average waiting time of 2-4 hours, event for a simple oil change. Your repeat customers should have the same customer satisfaction priority as your prospective customers. Word of mouth travels fast and nothing is better than a referral from a satisfied customer. The quality of service repair can certainly affect sales for future car purchases. More
