Worst customer service experience ever. They had my car over 2 weeks. My service advisor only ever contacted me twice, both times incorrectly telling me repairs had started (they hadn’t) or They had my car over 2 weeks. I had to call over a dozen times, leave multiple voicemails, just to get any accurate update on my repair. I will NEVER set foot on that place again. EVER. More
For 2 hours I called and no one answered, I left numerous messages for Marco to call and never had a returned call. My car was delivered yesterday by a tow shop truck. Before I came to get maintenance done on my car, my tire pressure light came on for one of my tires. I got air in the tire and the light went off. After that I came to KIA ALM to get an oil change, a multip pressure light came on for one of my tires. I got air in the tire and the light went off. After that I came to KIA ALM to get an oil change, a multipoint inspection and a tire rotation. The next day, my tire pressure light came back on for the same tire in the same position. Which means a multipoint inspection and tire rotation could not have been done. If I can’t trust that the mechanics are actually doing the service that is very concerning. Now I’m concerned for my safety driving the car, as I purchased a maintenance package with KIA when I bought the car and I receive all of my maintenance here. More

Although an appointment was scheduled when I arrived, no one wanted to check my vehicle in for service. Not until almost an half an hour later when I walked to several doors, then my car was checked in. How one wanted to check my vehicle in for service.
