The communication is horrible, they hold on to your car without servicing it for days nobody answers the phones, when you come up there no one acknowledges you , i would never buy another guy from this dea without servicing it for days nobody answers the phones, when you come up there no one acknowledges you , i would never buy another guy from this dealership or get my car serviced from them. The dealership promised an oil change however the communication the sales team did not communicate that it was two oil changes in one year and the maximum mileage is 10000 miles. I would recommend only if it's a new/newer vehicle. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back for service. I feel my car was sabotage again to get me into a new car. My car was working and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back for service. I feel my car was sabotage again to get me into a new car. My car was working and running just fine prior to me being there. And after I left, my entire dashboard went dead. Of course, eventually leaving me stranded. I get my car service to keep me on the highway safely. But I always leave there with problems to leave me stranded. More
