I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 pm on 8/22/22 to get 4 new tires and an oil change. I didn’t leave the dealership until 6:30 pm, which Is typical of this service department even if I was only getti get 4 new tires and an oil change. I get in my car 8/23/22 only to find my tire pressure light on indicating that not 1 but all 4 of my new tires are low in pressure I have to miss work to get this taken care of, as if that was not enough I look at the paperwork for the mileage on my oil change its states 39,251 miles however my car only has 37,800 miles on it.
