ALM Kia South - Service Center

Before I came to get maintenance done on my car, my tire pressure light came on for one of my tires. I got air in the tire and the light went off. After that I came to KIA ALM to get an oil change, a multip pressure light came on for one of my tires. I got air in the tire and the light went off. After that I came to KIA ALM to get an oil change, a multipoint inspection and a tire rotation. The next day, my tire pressure light came back on for the same tire in the same position. Which means a multipoint inspection and tire rotation could not have been done. If I can’t trust that the mechanics are actually doing the service that is very concerning. Now I’m concerned for my safety driving the car, as I purchased a maintenance package with KIA when I bought the car and I receive all of my maintenance here. More

Although an appointment was scheduled when I arrived, no one wanted to check my vehicle in for service. I purchased a car from them and noticed a sound coming from my car and went back the next day and they told me I did it!
