Nothing has struck the bottom of my car. It was purchased like that and I have text messages and visit dates to assure that. I will not use my insurance for a problem I brought the car with. I will have my attorney contact you guys moving forward. I also saw your sales manager in the mall over the weekend and he stated that “ he knew I did not make the problem” which will also be reported to my attorney.
