I will never use ALM again and will tell everyone I know to stay far away. Vehicle arrived at ALM on 6/23/22 and did not get completed until 10/16/22. Every time I tried to call Service Department to get an to stay far away. Vehicle arrived at ALM on 6/23/22 and did not get completed until 10/16/22. Every time I tried to call Service Department to get an update, no one ever picked up the phone. I even witnessed this in person the day I picked my vehicle up - two service reps playing on their cell phones while the Service Line rang repeatedly. My vehicle quote did not specify remanufactured engine, but that is what they put in. There were fault codes that were never corrected and they claimed were not there when we picked our vehicle up, even though less than 48 hours later the vehicle was towed back to ALM and fault coded like the original service quote. I even had an aftermarket repair shop tell me the dealership should have specified the installation of a remanufactured engine and what parts would be new versus reused. You can't trust this dealership to do the right thing and do the work right. Go to another Kia dealership and save yourself the headaches. More

If I could give 0 stars I would the only good service I’ve received there is from the service department but the sales department is absolutely trash! They are unprofessional and rude! The General Manager is not trustworthy. Purchased a challenger and part of the deal was to replace the splitter and roof trim on the car. Took the challenger in when the parts came in and they said it would take a couple of hours. The job took all day and they never finished the work. The trim piece never was painted on the roof and it was damaged. Do not know why it was damaged when it was new. The front splitter they did not know how to remove the old properly and had to take the entire front end off. I was sitting in the dealership for hours and I periodically went to check on the car. I went to the general manger to voice my concerns twice and he was wanting tell me they knew what they were doing. I checked on my car one time and they had my front bumper thrown on top of tool boxes working on it scratching the front end clip. I went to the general manager again to tell him about how they were treating my new vehicle and he said all was ok. Like I was stupid. I was telling him that my 2 hour repair job lasted for 9 hours and they were not done yet. The general Manager went to check on my vehicle for the last time and came back and said that they had scratched up my front clip and would need to be painted over to fix the problem. The roof trim was not painted as well. I was so mad by the time I left that day. They treat you and your car like crap. I made another appointment to come back for the rest of the incomplete work. I Live almost 2 hours away and what and they wanted me to leave the car until completed. I have never met such incompetent people. They did not know how to fix my car. When I took it in to do the we owe you from the initial deal purchase ,they did not even have a clue what was involved. I got home that day sent the general manager a not that I would not be back and would have the repairs made at my expense some place else. A reputable body shop. It is a shame you spend $50,000 on a vehicle and in stead of fixing a few things on it they damage it. I would never recommend this out fit. AML SOUTH SUCKS !!!! More
Really HORRIBLE experience. My car has been in service for a month to replace the break pads and the gas cap. More than 2 weeks after I confirmed the work to be completed, they are still waiting for "parts". It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone in Service. I had to call at least 8 times, and threaten that I will report my vehicle as stolen before someone bothered to call me back. AVOID this dealership - they are the worst of the worse! More
