We sent your warranty company an invoice for $1054.45 less your deductible and the front end alignment which you paid for both items. Your warranty paid the balance for you. We always assist our customers, although sometimes we are very busy due to the number of vehicles we service. We look forward to meeting each of our customers expectations, thank you for your feedback. We do apologize for any misunderstandings between you and your warranty company. For our part we have been paid in full

Yes, after you sent Maxcare an invoice for 1054.45, I was sent an invoice for $1499.40. It wasn’t until I questioned the amount and contacted Maxcare for assistance, that your employee “corrected” the invoice. I have proof of the two different invoices;the one invoice up charging me over $355 and the correct invoice. I’m more than happy to send you a copy of the first invoice that was sent to me. I want to be very clear, there was absolutely no misunderstanding between me and Maxcare. The fraudulent charges came directly from ALM Kia South. Also, when we were walked inside to make payment, an employee asked one of the service advisors if she could help a customer and her response was “No”. So, no you do not always assist your customers. Just because you have certain policies and expectations for your employees doesn’t mean that all employees uphold or respect them.
