At this dealership my car was there 2 weeks before I heard anything about was going on with my car, I called and no one called back, the person that I was supposed to communicate with didn't return my c heard anything about was going on with my car, I called and no one called back, the person that I was supposed to communicate with didn't return my calls, she finally sent a list of what was going on with my car which was over 2300.00. I feel out what I thought I needed and called back to see if she received the the information but she didn't answer but the person that answered did help me and I thank him. But the wait was to long without any communication. More

I was okay with the service & quick turn around time for mty car to arrive until I just got a call that my sales agent, switched my VIN numbers on my paperwork & now I have to go back & resubmit all paperwo mty car to arrive until I just got a call that my sales agent, switched my VIN numbers on my paperwork & now I have to go back & resubmit all paperwork, call & get paper work corrected & call my bank to get all loan info updated . Very disappointed. Went for a recall and an early oil change. Recall was done fine. Oil change was a disaster. They drained the oil and forgot to refill it.
