Service sucks, no communication or accountability. Booked a service a day before the appointment for 2 recalls on a vehicle that is a rental. I get there, and make sure to add oil change since I’m already driving so far and this is the dealership I purchased the car from. I am also looking at other vehicles to buy same day. They take my vehicle back to service, I wait in lobby for about a hour+. They comder and no timetable… The only excuse/reason given was “status could have changed this morning”… that’s a slap in the face, Why wasn’t I called and notified if that was the case?? Why did y’all proceed with the oil change knowing that the recall was my main appointment reason and this is a rental vehicle and that the oil change is useless if the vehicle can’t be used. Just to take my money? No accountability at all. After purchasing my vehicle here, getting many oil changes and services over the years, not sure if this business will ever get our money again. **Update, another local Kia dealership (Jim Ellis) was able to order the recall parts, set appointment, give timetable, and complete service. In ADDITION TO THAT, they stated that my OIL IS ALREADY LOW(ALM Kia south did oil change JUST LAST WEEK).. Highly, highly disappointed. Felt that they just took my money More
