The job was done fast but sloppy. My frame got out of alignment and tire rod bent and they refused to correct it. Oil was placed throughout my car but they did correct that. My service agent this time was ok (Brandon), but the overall experience was frustrating. I had to leave my car there for over 2 weeks while it sat "in queue." I fortunately have a backup car but I thin overall experience was frustrating. I had to leave my car there for over 2 weeks while it sat "in queue." I fortunately have a backup car but I think it's kind of ridiculous to have a car just sitting on their lot for 2 weeks because it is "company policy" according to their service reps. Kia Stinger was at the top of my list for next car but I'm second guessing that now just based on potential future service experience. More
