My car was not fixed. Kia ALM south offers absolutely NO solutions that help. It’s not their fault but maybe don’t tell your client “it’s my day off so i can’t help you pickup your car” ESPECIALLY after telling me to pick it up on a specific day! I left my car at this location for 3 weeks and within 5 days of picking it up my engine was over heating again. I am DONE with KIA. More

The job was done fast but sloppy. My frame got out of alignment and tire rod bent and they refused to correct it. Oil was placed throughout my car but they did correct that. My service agent this time was ok (Brandon), but the overall experience was frustrating. I had to leave my car there for over 2 weeks while it sat "in queue." Kia Stinger was at the top of my list for next car but I'm second guessing that now just based on potential future service experience. More
