I would NEVER use them again. They somehow lost my second key to my new car, now are not responding to any correspondence from me. They told me that my first sales agent and finance person was fired but yet I saw them walking around the dealership. They said they’d put a tank of gas in it for so much wait time, they didn’t, but said they did (it was half full), there were tools left inside the hood of my new car as well as loose screws. Untrustworthy, unorganized, unreliable. I can name names but I won’t. More
