The intake process and the communication (text updates in the service process) were very good. Telephone communication was inadequate when I felt the need to contact someone. I was sent to a voice mail box that did not accept messages (fail). The vehicle was repaired and I was impressed with all of the service checks. I was happy with the repair. In addition to the recall issues (which were taken care of) and the needed service work, I had to replace a new tire that was damaged on my way to ALM Kia South. I authorized them to replace the tire with one that matched my new set and was willing to spend the extra money if necessary (which wasn't, although the new replacement tire slightly exceeded the cost of the damaged tire). But, they installed a Hankook tire (I completely understand that a Korean care dealership would want to install a Korean Co. tire....probably due to discounts they earn) instead of a Continental tire as I had requested. Outside of the inability to speak to someone and the tire....I was quite happy. More
