Better Communication Charged for service that was covered under a maintenance contract; had a difficult time trying to get it straightened out. Communication from the dealerships when being sold/purchased would have made for better customer service and less confusion and frustration by knowing where to take my car for service. My current concern is that this new dealership may not have any experienced Kia service technicians. More
