Speed of Service A Problem Overall, my experience was just okay. I had an appointment at 8:00am and I was the first car to arrive. I did not leave until after 10:00am. My car wa Overall, my experience was just okay. I had an appointment at 8:00am and I was the first car to arrive. I did not leave until after 10:00am. My car was ready for about 20 minutes before I was called to come and pay and check out. I do not know what kind of service everyone else was getting, but I was annoyed that a few customers were finished before me. In addition to this, I was told my car would be vacuumed, but it couldn't be washed because I was going to be out of there before 9:00am and no one came in until after 9:00am. My car was not vacuumed and since it took so long my car should of been washed or someone should have asked me if I wanted it washed. I like that I was walked to my car and the team was friendly, but I shouldn't be waiting almost two hours for an oil change with an appointment. More

I was pleased with the service once I was helped about ten minutes after pulling in. It's a working process. Over all was ok a little long on a oil change over a hour and a half. Need to work on times! I understand it's a working process but really think about waiting a hour and a half for just oil change, no wash. I'm sure it will get better. Mrs. Latasha was great Mr. Chad was great they were over booked and over worked. More
