Not a happpy camper Had the VIP oil change on Jan 24 2019. I notice they did not top off all fluids which was part of the package. I was waiting on SD navigation that wa Had the VIP oil change on Jan 24 2019. I notice they did not top off all fluids which was part of the package. I was waiting on SD navigation that was taken from the SUV when I purchased the SUV in Aug 2018. I had originally requested the sd card back in August 2018. I was given one at oil change service on Jan 2019 and it does not work properly still. The radio has some technical issues. I was told I had to wait until someone calls me to schedule an appointment for the radio issues and navigation issues with sd card. I’m not a happy camper with this SUV purchase. More
