1st impressions are everything I scheduled an appointment for 10 am. I arrived at 930 am. They took the key told me it would be 30-45 minutes. At 1045 am I went to ask if there was I scheduled an appointment for 10 am. I arrived at 930 am. They took the key told me it would be 30-45 minutes. At 1045 am I went to ask if there was a problem. I was told "The technician is just finishing up. At 1130 I said all that's a long time to finish up. I was then told he had just handed my paperwork to the cashier. Went to the cashier she had no idea where my paperwork was. 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change on a car I have only had 2 weeks. More
