Service department I came in without having an appointment and I was treated like a queen. I explained the problem and was told that it should take about 30 minutes to 4 I came in without having an appointment and I was treated like a queen. I explained the problem and was told that it should take about 30 minutes to 45 minutes tops. They kept their promise. It was a very cold day and I was in and out within the promised time frame. Horrible I had an appointment that was scheduled by Brandon, arrived for the appointment and waited 2hrs to have a keyfob programmed. I was told by the service I had an appointment that was scheduled by Brandon, arrived for the appointment and waited 2hrs to have a keyfob programmed. I was told by the service department manager that was I was told by Brandon to have been an appointment and wouldn’t take more than an hour wasn’t true. Although they knew what I was coming in for the appointment is to see the service department, get an evaluation to see what was needed, and you are then seen on a first come first service basis. Crazy and should’ve been explain by Brandon the day the appointment was made verses explaining this to me after I got upset. Poor communication and customer service. More

My representative checked on me periodically in the waiting area and made sure that myself and other customers were as comfortable as possible. I had scheduled an appointment so I think that helped with the timeliness. My only complaint is they did not have a part to complete one of the recall notices. I feel they should have known this when they scheduled my appointment as I informed them why I was bringing the car in. They informed that the part would be available in the next couple of days and they would call me to reschedule. It has been two weeks now and still have not heard from them. More
