excellent I went in for an oil change, but received so much more. I was informed that I had a nail in my rear tire. My low air pressure light had been on for I went in for an oil change, but received so much more. I was informed that I had a nail in my rear tire. 1st impressions are everything I scheduled an appointment for 10 am. I arrived at 930 am. They took the key told me it would be 30-45 minutes. I was told "The technician is just finishing up. At 1130 I said all that's a long time to finish up. I was then told he had just handed my paperwork to the cashier. Went to the cashier she had no idea where my paperwork was. 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change on a car I have only had 2 weeks. More
