Service department I came in without having an appointment and I was treated like a queen. I explained the problem and was told that it should take about 30 minutes to 4 I came in without having an appointment and I was treated like a queen. I explained the problem and was told that it should take about 30 minutes to 45 minutes tops. They kept their promise. It was a very cold day and I was in and out within the promised time frame. I really appreciate when people do and mean what they say. Thank you Kia service department. More

Horrible I had an appointment that was scheduled by Brandon, arrived for the appointment and waited 2hrs to have a keyfob programmed. I was told by the service I had an appointment that was scheduled by Brandon, arrived for the appointment and waited 2hrs to have a keyfob programmed. I was told by the service department manager that was I was told by Brandon to have been an appointment and wouldn’t take more than an hour wasn’t true. Although they knew what I was coming in for the appointment is to see the service department, get an evaluation to see what was needed, and you are then seen on a first come first service basis. Crazy and should’ve been explain by Brandon the day the appointment was made verses explaining this to me after I got upset. Poor communication and customer service. More
