Lack of organization & preparation I arrived on 4/05/19 for a scheduled oil-change. The filter was not in-house and had to ordered. On 4/10/19, I returned for the work which took 3-1/2 I arrived on 4/05/19 for a scheduled oil-change. The filter was not in-house and had to ordered. On 4/10/19, I returned for the work which took 3-1/2 hours. I didn't even get my complimentary car wash! Can you guys do better? More
This was my first time coming. Customer service is lacking. My first impression of ALM was not a good experience at all. The security guard at the gate was on her phone and couldn't be bothered to give me assi My first impression of ALM was not a good experience at all. The security guard at the gate was on her phone and couldn't be bothered to give me assistance or directions to the Service Department. I ended up at the wrong location. When I finally found Service, it wasn't much better. I sat in my car forever, no one came out and spoke to me (there were Service staff there in the bay). Finally after realizing no one was going to greet me or help me, I got out of my vehicle and came inside. The cashier was somewhat helpful. She stated she saw my appointment and it would only be about 20 minutes or so, but I had to find a Service Advisor for my appointment. She checked me in. I finally got someone to help me, but the young lady was clearly new and not trained. I told her I had an appointment, she told me that was random and the computer scheduled it, I was not on the schedule and did not have an appointment. I tried to explain that I called and actually spoke with someone at this dealership (she wasn't listening). She said she had to enter me as a new client, because I wasn't in the system. I was in the system because I received a confirmation email, phone call and text message. I explained that someome here has my information. I also explained (3-4 times) that the cashier checked me in for my appointment, so I'm in the system. She refused to listen or get anyone's assistance. So we started the very long and tedious process of entering all of my "new" information into your computer system. When we finally got to the end, she couldn't add me and had to get help from another service advisor. He stated to her that I was already in the system, which is how I was contacted in the first place. This took about 45, just to check-in due to her lack of knowledge and listening skills. In the meantime, other people were arriving to the Service Department, checking in and being placed in the cue before me because my service advisor did not know what she was doing. 20 minutes turned into over 3 hours. I arrived at 2:15pm for a 2:30pm appointment and left after 5:15pm. I wasted an entire Saturday afternoon at a dealership with unfriendly, unknowledgable, unfocused, non-customer oriented people. Not a good experience at ALL. I tried to explain my initial experience from the gate to my Service Advisor, but she wasn't interested and wasn't listening. She said it was because I came on Saturday and they are busy. Quick question: I shouldn't expect good service from ALM on Saturday? Which day of the week should I expect it from ALM? Please let me know. Not a good experience at all. The first impression I received would make it extremely difficult for me EVER to return to ALM. Customer service was horrible. The lack of knowledge was frustrating. I have no confidence or trust in anything that my Service Advisor said or recommended. I'm uncomfortable getting car repairs based on someone's recommendation that has this much lack of knowledge and a company that lets her loose on their customers. I wouldn't trust anything that she says and not sure if I would trust ALM at this point. I asked for a Service Manager, but was told he left early because it was Saturday. I'm glad he got a chance to enjoy his Saturday, because I did not. . More
Great Service It is was a quick stop for oil change. They were fast and corteaus. They even washed and vacuumed my car! Excellent! Service! Good service, took way too long. I came in for a free oil change after being given a "we owe". Everyone was lovely, the waiting room was very nice, but it took THREE HOURS to get an I came in for a free oil change after being given a "we owe". Quick and professional service I used the Union City location. I called with a dead battery in hopes of getting my car in to be checked. I was told to come right in and got so much I used the Union City location. I called with a dead battery in hopes of getting my car in to be checked. I was told to come right in and got so much more that a battery check. The service department was very attentive and responsive to my concerns above and beyond a dead battery. I was told it may take two days to complete the work that needed to be done (including recalls) and it took one day. My entire experience from the person who answered the phone to the person I picked up the car from and everyone in between was polite, professional and helpful. They even washed off the yellow pollen! I will definitly return and would 100% reccomned this company. More
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Went in to get an oil change, I wish I would remember the guys name who helped me in the service department. My fiance was with me and he is looking for a used car to buy since someone hit him and totaled his. The sales man, Raymundo, made it so easy going for us and it felt like we knew him for a long time. My fiance isn't the best at making the best decisions and is kind of impulsive. Even Ray insured him if we don't decide today he will keep looking for a good deal on a car my fiance likes and one I agree is reliable. I seriously trust these guys, I know sales men, my dad was a car sales man, and something about Ray set ease to the fear of getting ripped off. So thank you Ray and the service guy who went above and beyond for us!!!! More

Once my car was ready she also explained the price and relayed information from the tech that serviced my car. Lucky for me I was also able to utilize a coupon I found on their site! I will be back!
