Denise was great and assisted me as quickly as possible! I gave 4 starts because of Denise. She was able to get my car in and out quickly and kept me abreast each stage of my service. She even stayed later to ensure that my car was done! The weekend staff could not locate my car. The said they knew nothing of my car being serviced. I had to get a ride to the location to ensure my car was actually towed there. As soon as I got there I was able to locate my car, when they could not. More

Terrible Service Department DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE ISSUES. They are overpriced and do not fix the problem. I took my car there because I thought I was having break DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE ISSUES. They are overpriced and do not fix the problem. I took my car there because I thought I was having break issues on 6/19/2019. I was told that my rotors needed to be turned and there were no issues with the front and back break pads. I PAID over $600 for the service (it included an oil change). Fast forward to 7/19/2019, I'm still having issues with the car jerking when I stopped. The mechanic tells me that I needed new break pads and new rotors...another $600 (Kia was going to charge over $1000 to fix). AGAIN DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go here for service. There is nothing worse than people that do not fix your car correctly the 1st time. These people are shady and they only want money. More

I have some type of wax running down my paint They didn't put any glaze on my paint and they didnt buff it. Just sent home with no we owe or nothing just poor performance . Excellent Customer Care After leaving the service center I entered the expressway and heard a clanking noise coming from my car. I called and Henry called a tow truck and the After leaving the service center I entered the expressway and heard a clanking noise coming from my car. I called and Henry called a tow truck and they towed my car back to the service center. Of course, it was after the service center had closed. Henry took very good care of me and gave me a loaner car to go home in until they check my car the next day. I realized that the loaner didn't really have much gas in it. The next morning I put gas in the loaner car and informed Henry. The next day Henry called me and informed me that nothing was wrong and I must have hit something in the road. I arrived at the service center to return the loaner and to pick up my car and. They had cleaned the outside of my car and Henry reimbursed me for my gas and I was on my way.
