They had great customer service that exceeded my expectation I purchased a car from another dealer unfortunately and after driving it a week encountered problems with it shutting off. I found out it was covered I purchased a car from another dealer unfortunately and after driving it a week encountered problems with it shutting off. I found out it was covered under Kia warranty so I took it to ALM. The problem I was having didn't trigger any lights to go off so it was hard for them to track the problem. I had to take it 2 times before they were able to locate the faulty part. That was not their fault though. Both times they performed diagnostics and couldn't find the problem that way. The second time I took it there they went through the car piece by piece until they found a cracked fan relay switch and diagnosed that as the problem. I have driven the car 2000 miles and it appears that was in fact the problem. I am happy to know Kia stands by their warranty. The service department went above and beyond what most places would have. I would highly recommend getting a new or low mileage Kia and getting it from the dealership and servicing it there. More

Terrible service all together They messed up my trade in info and called and started harassing me. They it’s been almost a month and they still havnt paid my old car off. Mark Grim and Kia Stinger VIP Line were great. When I came into the dealership I met with Mark Grimm. He was very professional and pleasant. I had explained to him that something was wrong with my When I came into the dealership I met with Mark Grimm. He was very professional and pleasant. I had explained to him that something was wrong with my brakes and that from reading Kia forums there was a known issue with the rotors. He told me he would review it but the brakes were not under warranty after 12,000 miles. I called this Kia Stinger VIP line and spoke with a gentleman there named Ed Hunter who was absolutely amazing. He explained that it was a known issue and contacted Mark. From that point forward Mark handled this like an All-Star. He took the necessary steps within his company to get this repared under warranty. As well because it would take a few days he got me a rental car which was not within my expectation. Overall I am very satisfied with Kia service. It almost felt like luxury car service level.
