Very disappointing experience This place needs a completely new management staff. I called to schedule an appointment for a recall repair and the gentleman I spoke with was rude an This place needs a completely new management staff. I called to schedule an appointment for a recall repair and the gentleman I spoke with was rude and unwilling to answer any questions. After being on hold for ten minutes the phone was disconnected. I was promised that when I drop my car for that there would be transportation provided for me so that I could return to work. This never happened instead they brought my car back about fifteen minutes later without any proof that the repair was completed. Three weeks later I still don’t have any proof that the repair was ever completed on my car. I hope that things change asap! This really left a poor impression on me. Not professional at all! More
