Good evenings, I’ve been brining my sisters car in and the repairs that you state and we paid for due to her engine light would not go off. You stated as park plugs we paid $600.00 for what. Took it back and 2 to 3 days later you informed us it needs a catalytic converter. Sales person had another technician review it and they said it was the fuel pump and induction service for approx $800.00. I picked up the vehicle because I can’t believe anything you all told me about the 2015 Kia Cadenza. Then when I picked it up, the rep could not find any documentation that I needed a catalytic converter other than stating that to my sister and I at 2 different times. The technicians needs to keep it as documentation instead of deleting things. This is falsification and that is wrong. Something needs to be done Regarding Kia period. The technicians look like you hired them from off the streets literally. Technicians everywhere else has a uniform on. This is truly embarrassing, I’m not sure how other technicians dress at other locations. We as African Americans has to do better with service across the board. This place is truly a joke, I heard you all supposedly have a new crew, well it seems no better. Lastly, please don’t have the technicians eating in cars. The steering wheel and console was sticky from food residue. Thank you Toshia Webb More
