black 07 silverado This is the first used car lot I've ever experienced that I didn't feel like they were trying to push a pile of crap on you.my salesman Chris Mimbs ac This is the first used car lot I've ever experienced that I didn't feel like they were trying to push a pile of crap on you.my salesman Chris Mimbs actual called me about the vehicle I had seen on Internet that evening and waited for me to make a 2hr trip to his lot.when I arrived he had vehicle out front and waiting,by this time it was past closing time.when I got my flashlight out and proceeded to look vehicle over and he seen I was going to be thorough he opened his garage and told me pull it there where it is warm and plenty of light.how many used lots do that.got me a great deal on a vehicle I've been searching for for over a month.his was honest,upfront, and most of all kept his word on everything we discussed over the period of our 2 day deal.my hats off to these guys at ALM,and Chris,very professional,keep it up guys. Upon arriving, they said there had been an internal mix-up and another sales rep had worked out a deal for the truck we were there to see. Hal (GM) and Oscar (Sales Rep) were sensitive to the situation and committed to 'making it right', which they did. After allowing us a leisurely test drive experience without pressure, we actually found a better fit for us in another truck, and they worked out a great deal. Attentive but not overbearing - refreshing. Ray set us up with a nice financing package to complete the experience. Certainly the most professional and service-oriented dealer I have worked with in many years. I would go back to them again when it's time to get another car, and I would request working with the same team (Oscar/Hal/Ray), which is something I have never said before. Recommending them is easy. They have been open only a few months, and they are already stealing business from the other dealers around them, including the Ford dealership right next door (I bought a Ford F-150). Thanks guys. Great Experience, Fluid Transaction, Good Deal I worked with Oscar Bryant in sales and Ray in financing. I originally had purchased a 2008 Ford F-150 Supercrew 5.4 V8 from another dealership in Aug I worked with Oscar Bryant in sales and Ray in financing. I originally had purchased a 2008 Ford F-150 Supercrew 5.4 V8 from another dealership in August (Bad experience), and unfortunately had an accident and "Totaled" the vehicle (Bad experience now worse). I considered it repairable, but that's beside the point. I had been searching for a vehicle I felt was comparable in options, and a "Good Deal". I found a 2013 Ford F-150 Supercrew with 36k miles at there lot. After 5 experiences of vehicles being sold out from under me (in mere hours of confirming it was available), it was a pleasure to see Oscar had the truck pulled up front running for me. I test drove it, it rode and sounded great for a V6, it had the performance package with cold air intake and was turbocharged (which I considered comparable to the loss). Oscar and Hal were great enough to pull the truck into their shop, and let me check the frame and undercarriage so I didn't have to waste $50 at a local shop. After all of this, Ray busted his (you know), to get me a good deal on the phone with the bank, he let me hear the conversation and he was good. He got me a great price on the vehicle, a great financing percentage, and even through in GAP coverage without raising the monthly payment. To both Hal and Oscar, thank you. You both did a great job and made a horrible week bearable. I would recommend these guys any day of the week. They will work with you, and make sure numbers are met and you are satisfied with the purchase. Now, home to the wife... More

Jimie was the best at getting me the car that I wanted without trying to lead me to something else, Hal was so pleasant and extremely kind (you don't get that much anymore) and Mark was great with the paperwork, just thinking about it makes me want to go by to visit. The entire team honestly was great! I didn't even mind driving the hour in traffic to get my car. Good amount for my trade-in, great car, and wonderful service.
