My previous review gave recommendati My husband and I drove 6 hours to purchase a 2011 Ford F-250 that had only been at the dealership for a few days. My previous review gave recommendation to this dealership based on my review I gave within 48 hours after purchasing the vehicle. Now that it has been 2 weeks and I have had NUMEROUS issues with the truck, I am retracting my recommendation. Exactly 1 week after purchasing the vehicle, my husbands check engine light came on when he was driving home from work. We had it inspected and the code given was to the reductant heater with the DEF. Upon purchasing the we spoke to the technician who told us the only thing he did to the truck was replace the DEF heater. Since my husband and I have only owned fords we know how reliable they are, therefore we did not purchase the warranty. I had to call the dealership and get a copy of the invoice of the product they replaced in the truck, which was an after-market product. Then I called the company they purchased it from, which were extremely rude. All they kept telling me was they couldn't work with me because I did not purchase the product, so I had to go through the dealership. After getting the run-around my husband I decided to purchase the stick product and replace it at our own expense. Then, upon purchasing the truck we noticed the under carriage had a lot of rust. We knew that it would have to be sandblasted and sealed if we wanted it to last. We also noticed that it looked like someone had tried to peel off the 4x4 stick on the bed of the truck. We bought the stickers for $40 and brought the truck to a paint and body shop to have the under carriage done and the stickers replaced. The body shop called us and told us the truck had been in an accident. We thought they were just trying to get more money from us because we saw the carfax and it did not have any accidents reported. We went back and picked up the truck before they did any work and brought to another place that we have worked with before with our work vehicles. AGAIN, they called us and said there had been some type of damage to both sides of the bed of the truck. He said he was starting on the stickers before the under carriage and went to peel off the already peeling sticker only to find bare paint under it. He said someone did the clear coat over the stickers. We called our local ford and spoke to the service manager who assured us, Ford would NEVER do that. We are now stuck with fixing that issue as well. The dealership would not have know this had happen since the carfax didn't show any accidents reported, but I spoke with Hal, and asked him if they inspect the vehicles before they purchase them. He said a lot of them are bought at an auction and are not inspected. I SUGGEST YOU BRING THE VEHICLE TO A PLACE OF YOUR CHOICE AND HAVE IT THOROULY INSPECTED BEFORE YOU BUY IT. I feel like I have been cheated and lied to. I paid cash for the vehicle, had to put additional money to get the technical issue fixed and now have to put additional money to get the paint fixed. Good luck on your purchase, I hope it's better than mine. More

Seamless Experience Stopped by the dealership on 3/7 with no intention on actually buying for the next couple of weeks. Immediately I was greeted by Oscar and introduced to Anthony. Told them what cars I was interested in and took a look at all three 3 series I was eyeing. I didnt like the initial price offered and left but they never pressured me into making a rash decision. The following day I got in contact with Oscar with a figure I was willing to pay, and with no pressure he and Ray made it happen and had me in my new car within an hour or my arrival today. Very professional staff and the buying experience felt genuine. THANKS! More

Great Service, Great Vehicles! I visited ALM Kennesaw about 30 minutes before they closed on a Wednesday night to test drive a 2015 GMC Sierra. I knew immediately that this was the truck for me and I didn't want to miss out on this great deal. Oscar Bryant and the rest of the staff were more than happy to stay open almost an hour and a half after their normal business hours to assist me in sealing the deal and completing the paperwork. The price was already great when I walked into the door, but Ray in financing was able to help me out some in getting the price that I was looking for. From start to finish, it was the easiest experience I've ever had when buying a vehicle. Oscar was very knowledgeable and not too pushy like most of car salesmen I've dealt with in the past at other dealerships. I would rate Oscar Bryant and his team of professionals a perfect 10/10 and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used car. More
