After several e-mail and phone conversation with Oscar we arrange to see the vehicle on Saturday, unfortunately when me and my family got there someone purchase the vehicle on the internet. We were left disappointed after traveling from Buford Georgia. We start looking for a similar vehicle at different dealership; fortunately for us the sale for the car we went to your dealership did not go through. ALM kENNESAW was the first place I called and Mr. Oscar answered the phone with an exhilarating attitude. I told him I wanted the Lexus IS 250 ALL WHITE with tented windows and peanut butter interior, the same one I seen online. Mr. Oscar told me he would call me right back as soon as he found the car. He called me within the next 5 minutes and insured me that I would get exactly what I wanted. He sent me images of the car I wanted and I was in love. I made an appointment that day and bought the car the same day. After the test drive he was persistent on making sure I got what I came for and the payments and interest rates I was comfortable with. He didn't try to sale me anything else or try to persuade me to do anything I didn't want to do. I didn't feel any pressure at all. Oscar had genuine, authentic, and honest existence about him. Lots of dealerships between us and ALM but we just had to drive and check this one out. After driving 3.5 hours from Thorsby,Al. to test drive the car we knew this was the one! Love the car, love the dealership, love the price and love our very caring salesman. Not only did Oscar sell us the car but he continued to stay in touch with us making sure that all went well and to find out how our daughter loved her car.
