AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was shopping online within car gurus for a Range Rover sport - the dealerships contacted my email without a follow up - but when Sergio Lopes called I was shopping online within car gurus for a Range Rover sport - the dealerships contacted my email without a follow up - but when Sergio Lopes called from ALM I knew he meant business! Although car gurus had no pictures of the vehicle, Sergio took time to take pictures and sent them to me - he then followed up to see how best he could assit me since I wanted to finance. He invited me over and in less than 2 hours I was driving out of the lot with my Range Rover sport!! Thanks Sergio - keep it up and I'm sure you might become the best at what you do! Friendly & Not Pushy We easily could've purchased at the other dealerships we visited for this exact vehicle, but these guys (Sergio & Ray) were pleasant to work with! All were smiles when we came to the dealership, all 3 times. When the deal was finalized, the person who handled the paperwork process at the end was rushing us out of there. As I was looking through the papers we signed, he pulled out his car keys placed them on his desk, shut down his computer all while we were still in his office. While, we know it was late and "closing" time, the customer experience could have ended a little better. Overall I would recommend this ALM location! More

Overall Terrific Experience! First, let me say that I have a HUGE soft spot for GMC Acadias (and Saturn Outlooks--they look just like Acadias), and when I saw that this dealer had First, let me say that I have a HUGE soft spot for GMC Acadias (and Saturn Outlooks--they look just like Acadias), and when I saw that this dealer had one for a really good price, I could not WAIT to go see it. However, we live in Lawrenceville (a good 30 miles away), and we have 3 young children, so we were really careful about finding out as much as we could BEFORE we went. Anyone who's purchased a car probably knows how difficult is usually is to get any info before you get to the lot. Well, Anthony Primavera really went the extra mile to help us secure financing before we even stepped on the lot. This was HUGE, and was the reason we felt comfortable coming this far for a car (even my beloved Acadia). When we got there, we dealt with Branson Burge (aka "Mo"), and he was AWESOME. We test drove the Acadia and noticed some troubling wiring issues. Branson is an EXCELLENT salesman--he determined what we wanted most (space, some gadgets, and family friendly) and he was able to steer us toward a MUCH better vehicle. He and financing really worked and got us a vehicle that was FIVE years newer, less miles, and with lots more options (bluetooth, nav, etc) for only about $40 more than we would've been paying!! I want everyone reading this to understand how big a deal that is: It would have been easy to just drop the price on the Acadia and send us away, but Branson had more integrity than that. He knew that vehicle was risky, and he was decent enough not to put us in something he knew might give us problems. Instead of driving away with a possible problem, we drove away in a beautiful 2012 Dodge Durango that I never would have thought I would like as much as I do. The car is wonderful, Branson was wonderful, and it all started with Anthony being wonderful! ALM Kennesaw is awesome. I can't recommend them strongly enough! More
