I recently traveled to Atlanta to purchase a 2012 C250 Mercedes Benz. I would never have imagined doing this and especially doing it as easily as I was able to. I think this is a testament to the length Oscar Bryant went to in order to assist me. Once I had identified the vehicle online and knew I was interested, I made a call and immediately Oscar began to give me good advice. I could immediately tell he was interested in genuinely helping me. I had originally planned to buy the vehicle two weeks later than I actually did. The reason I bought it earlier was because Oscar had warned me how many buyers would travel long distances to buy these cars, so I immediately began the paperwork. He even made this process easy for me by sending the paperwork to me rather than going through the tedious process of doing it in the store. Not only did he send it once, but he did so twice when there was an error. Throughout the process, I felt comfortable sending him multiple text messages and making many phone calls rather that was to clarify something or simply feed my curiosity. Once I had arrived in the store, it was simple. This was my first time buying a car, and I did not completely know the process. Oscar sat with me and went over all the paperwork that I was supposed to have in order to make sure I had what I needed. He even sat in the car with me and showed me all of the minor controls and settings. In a business where you're supposed to not trust the salesperson, it is absolutely refreshing to encounter someone like Oscar. he made this experience rewarding and I feel like I won. Thanks Oscar! Good People Make the Best Salespeople I'd driven the same car since I was 16 (I'm 25) - an old model Tahoe, which I loved. Then I got in a fender bender. Because the car was old, had 200,0 I'd driven the same car since I was 16 (I'm 25) - an old model Tahoe, which I loved. Then I got in a fender bender. Because the car was old, had 200,000+ miles and some other body damage, insurance totaled it. So I'm driving around in this crappy little Fiat rental, and suddenly I have a very small window to find a new car. I wanted something with low milage, AWD/4WD for off-road, but with good mpg (I live in Virginia Highlands & work in downtown Atlanta). Subaru's basically the only make for it. So I decided on a 2012-2014 Crosstrek with 30k miles. I researched and found several in the area. The lowest price point by far was at Atlanta Luxury Motors in Kennesaw, so low in fact, I was sure there was a catch. I called to schedule a drive for a 2013 Crosstrek. Randomly, a man called Oscar answered there. I can't describe how fortuitous this was. Oscar Bryant is not just a good salesman (which he is). He is good people. This was my first time buying a car, ever. I was nervous, skeptical, steeling myself for a tough experience. TV has created the trope of the used car salesman as the epitome of sleaze. Oscar defies this. In short, there was no catch. Even my dad, who helped me through the process, and who is a hard case when it comes to salesman (he's been a salesman himself for 40+ years) was pleased and even impressed (I don't say that lightly) with the process. Genuine 5 stars across the board. Seriously, a pleasure to buy a car up at ALM Kennesaw, and if you call, ask for Oscar. More
