We called to make sure the vehicle was still there and decided to make the trip to check it out based simply on the friendliness of the person on the phone. When we arrived, we were greeted by Oscar Bryant, a dealer at ALM. Coolest guy EVER. He made sure to let us know that he had our best interest in mind moreso than just making a quick sale. He made sure that we were happy with our decisions, did what he could to make the car what we wanted, and gave us several options before we agreed to purchase. We had NO intentions of leaving with a car today. We drove down to look. Oscar (and really all of the staff) were amazingly friendly. We loved our experience at ALM and will be back in the future! We absolutely love our new car! Thanks for everything and GO VOLS! More

I wasn't expecting to buy from the first dealership I looked at - or in my same town - but Oscar was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable that I knew I wouldn't find a better deal or salesperson elsewhere. I bought a used 2013 Honda Accord EX-L in excellent condition, which I love! It has so many new features, and Oscar walked me through them very thoroughly and patiently. When we couldn't get my phone to work properly with the bluetooth, he actually called the next day to ask if it was working yet! He's even offered to help me learn more of the features as well (there are so many!), just whenever he is at the dealership. He definitely goes above and beyond! Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend both Oscar and the dealership. More

Smooth Process with a Great Result I must admit, my wife and I were worried about visiting a dealership since some auto dealers can put a lot of pressure on you to buy, but that was not I must admit, my wife and I were worried about visiting a dealership since some auto dealers can put a lot of pressure on you to buy, but that was not our experience here. We'd done our homework and knew their advertised price was a good price for the car. We were greeted by Oscar Bryant, who throughout the entire process was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy going. His attitude and assistance was one of the primary reasons we purchased at this dealership. After the fact, I realized just how much Oscar knew about this car, despite it being a niche vehicle (2013 Ford Fusion Energi, a plug-in hybrid). He understood the technology, he was able to show the various features of the car, and he even went and found answers when we didn't recognize a particular icon on the dashboard. He accommodated all our requests, which included some help from the service organization to fully charge the hybrid battery via overnight plug-in. Yet at no time did we feel pressured to buy. When we finally were convinced and said "yes", the process to purchase the car was smooth and simple. It took a couple of hours overall, but part of that was waiting while someone else who was buying a car signed their paperwork. In the end, I was very happy with entire experience. I will definitely remember this dealership when I'm on the market again! More
