Told him what I was looking for, we narrowed it down to two, and I picked one. They've got great used vehicles in top shape. I bought a 1500 Sierra loaded. Price went down $1500 off listed price based on their internet sale. Asked for a specific interest rate to match my credit union's offer and they ran it through their list of banks and matched it. Whole process maybe 2 hours on a Friday after work. Overall great experience and Oscar was great to deal with. Will definitely come back next time. More

ALM dominated the top of the list for best deal/lowest price. I have found in the past that low prices usually do not translate into good service but that was not the case with ALM. Oscar Bryant greeted me like a friend with me in his best interest. He showed me the ins and outs of the car and made sure I understood before moving to something new. We knew which car we wanted, so he pulled it up and let us test drive it. He wasn't pushy, and he very easily went through the features of the car, all of which he explained thoroughly and succinctly. We then went back inside and he explained everything, from how the pricing works to the different warranty options. I read the small print as he spoke and everything he said was spot on with it. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. He made us feel very welcome. On the financial side, Phillip was transparent and up front. He did not try the old school car sales tactics. He was easy to talk to- we were getting along great waiting for my insurance company to fax some things over. I will always buy my cars here from now on. I felt appreciated and like I could hang out with the people that worked here. They also all seemed to get along, which indicates that they hire people with good heads on their shoulders. I cannot fully put into words how much I would recommend ALM Kennesaw. More
