I called Oscar to inquire about a vehicle they had on the lot and he made sure it was ready for me when I got there, I wasn't "in love" and he knew it, he took the time to pay attention to my personality and showed me not only the cars I was asking to see but he actually found "THE ONE" based on what he knew of me from the time we spent together. He did an awesome job listening to my wants and needs, he was so kind a patient with me. I have purchased many used cars and never has any of the salesman taken the time to literally customize the car to me before I left. He made sure every setting was set for ME and that I understood the features my car offered and he even had to stay late! Also, his knowledge of each car and it's features was outstanding and made me feel like I was fully informed and able to make the right choice. And to top it off the dreaded finance process was a piece of cake, Danny and Phil made the process seamless and sting a little less. Worth the drive! After searching for a specific vehicle for a while, we found a few that met my criteria all within the Marietta/Kennesaw area which is about 140-miles After searching for a specific vehicle for a while, we found a few that met my criteria all within the Marietta/Kennesaw area which is about 140-miles from our home in Gadsden, AL. So we decided to make the trip over and look at a few. After looking at vehicles at a couple of other dealerships, I was starting to get discouraged. Then we drove over to ALM. We were greeted by Oscar Bryant who was extremely nice and courteous and presented himself very professionally. We found the vehicle I was interested in and Oscar was very informative about the vehicle and presented in an extremely professional manner. After a short test drive I had decided I would like to try and make a deal. So we discussed trading my truck. After a short evaluation by his very friendly manager, a very reasonable offer was made and we were able to reach a deal on a very nice 2014 Ford F150 XLT 4X4 that I am extremely pleased with. After pulling the truck around to be detailed, Oscar returned and revealed to me that there was a small issue that I had not noticed. Oscar knew I had not noticed it and immediately arranged to have it corrected. It is hard to find professionalism like this when looking for used cars but they really did go above and beyond to make buying a used car, which can often be a hassle, a very pleasurable experience. Very nice facilities and even nicer staff! Everyone I encountered there was extremely courteous and professional. I will definitely go back for our next vehicle and you should too! And ask for Oscar! I was searching on the internet and ran across the vehicle and decided I purchased my 2014 Acura ILX on Saturday and it was an awesome experience!!! I was searching on the internet and ran across the vehicle and decided to go to the dealership. When I arrived Oscar Bryant met us at the door and asked how he could help. Before I test drove the vehicle, Oscar discussed all the features and details of the car and he was able to answer all of my questions. Oscar also answered detailed questions that I had about the paper work process. Before I left the dealership, Oscar showed me how everything worked in the car and made sure that I was comfortable before leaving the dealership. Oscar really eased my mind throughout the complete process because I drove four hours to see a vehicle that I found online. Also, he contacted me while I was driving home to make sure everything was ok and he followed up again to make sure I was happy. The staff at ALM was excellent and they worked together really well. I'm so happy that I chose this dealership and I don't have any regrets. More

One that I told what I wanted and they went out and found it, negotiated the price and found me financing. All I did was meet with them sign the papers and gave them my trade in. I had heard stories about friends going in to dealerships to buy cars and they were not too pleasant so I was a little nervous this time around. I went on Carfax and put in what I was looking for and they came back with a list of vehicles one of them being at ALM. I emailed ALM to see if they still had the vehicle. I heard almost immediately from Drae. We emailed back and forth a few times and I told him I would be in on Friday before noon. I took my boyfriend along with me for moral support. We arrived at the dealership and we were greeted by a very polite salesman, Sergio Lopes, and I told him we were looking for Drae. He took us in to the offices and told us Drae was out on a test drive but he would try to help us. As he was looking on his computer Oscar asked us what car we were looking for and I told him the Equinox and we were looking for Drae. He immediately said I have those keys Drae left them with me in case we came in while he was out. Oscar went and got the vehicle and we test drove it with him. He answered all our questions. I still had other cars at other dealerships I needed to test drive and explained that to him. He took a few minutes to explain how ALM would do financing and how simple their process was and he introduced us to his manager which reinforced what he had said about the financing process. We left and went to two other dealerships which were completely opposite of our experience at ALM. We went back to ALM to buy the Equinox. Oscar had asked me before what price that Carfax had put on the vehicle he had looked it up prior to us leaving and explained that their price was different than what Carfax's was but they of course would honor that price. When we came back I filled out one form he then stepped away to get the financing approved. When he came back I had a 3% interest rate over 72 months and my monthly payment will be $103 per month! I called my insurance company and they faxed over my policy. We stepped into another office so I could sign all the paperwork and give them my money down. While we did that they cleaned and detailed my car. Oscar explained everything about the controls of the car and we were off! All those horror stories I had heard about dealing with Car Salesman went right out the window after walking into ALM! I will highly recommend ALM, Oscar and Drae to anyone I meet that is needing to buy a car! More

On my first visit, Don helped me pick out and test drive a few models I was interested in. He was super friendly, not at ALL pushy or "looking for a sale", but truly interested in helping me find the right vehicle that would fit my needs. He was quick to answer all my questions via text or phone in the days following. After thinking about the cars for a few days, I narrowed it down Q50 or G37. Upon returning to ALM, I had the pleasure to work with Oscar. He, too, is a true professional and made the process fun......yes FUN for me! He took a ton of extra time to make sure he showed me all of the features on the car and worked with me to get my price and financing needs communicated to the manager, Hal (who was also extremely friendly).These people must love thier jobs! I felt like by the time I left, I had made two new friends - how cool is that! You cannot go wrong with buying a car from ALM, and if you have a chance to visit, ask for Don or Oscar. Thanks guys!
