I've been looking at Ford Fusions all of 2016 so when I ran across my 2014 Ford Fusion with low mileage, only one previous owner for such a low price, I couldn't believe it. I drove all the way from Lovejoy, Ga to get my car. Oscar Bryant and the rest of the staff were wonderful! I wasn't hassaled about purchasing the vehicle either which was awesome! Lucky for us, ALM Kennesaw does a great job updating inventory on their website since we live about 30 minutes from the dealership and would have never thought to drive there. Oscar Bryant did a fabulous job from start to finish. He made certain to have the car pulled inside the garage bay with the seats warmed! We were able to look the car over, inside and out, without freezing. He answered all our questions - from the info on the carfax to the size of the tires to the kind of wheel drive. We felt very at ease with the purchasing process thanks to Deszi Hobbs and truly felt Oscar wanted us to be happy. I have never had a salesman sit in the car and give a tutorial! Amazing - I would still be trying to figure out how to change the radio station! Another thing many salesman fail to do that Oscar absolutely did, was addressed me (the wife). Never once did he make me feel like the transaction was between "the men". He showed nothing but respect for the both of us! I hope I have the opportunity to do business with Oscar again some time down the road. More
