Oscar Bryant made my experience at ALM a Grand Slam! I called the ALM location at Kennesaw purposely because I had heard great reviews.... Happy that I did! I was greeted in a professional manner by Osca I called the ALM location at Kennesaw purposely because I had heard great reviews.... Happy that I did! I was greeted in a professional manner by Oscar Bryant and he remained that way throughout me asking him to see just about every car on their entire lot!! After driving over 35 miles one way, the trip was well worth it! Not only did Mr. Bryant assist me in finding the perfect automobile, he remained calm and extremely professional the entire 3 hours my daughter and I were there shopping and asking so many questions. At the end of the transaction which was well passed the time Mr. Bryant was to go home, he stayed to ensure that I drove away happy in a CLEAN and fill up (gas) automobile and that all my concerns were addressed- Simply put, he is the Very BEST! After shopping online for a car and finding an Infiniti Q50 that I fell in love with, we decided to drive 40+ miles to take a look at the car. Upon arrival, we met Oscar Bryant. From start to finish, Oscar was very patient and calm. He wasn't pushy and didn't seem bothered by the many questions we asked, the number of cars we wanted to see, or the amount of time he spent with us on two nights well after the location had closed. Oscar gave us plenty of time and space to look around and he would often come back to check on us. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Oscar im ALM Kennesaw was the first dealership we visited in our search for a new car. We were initially interested in a Honda Civic we'd seen online. Oscar immediately greeted us and showed us the vehicle we were interested in as well as some other cars that fit our criteria including a Honda Accord. We left that day still wanting to visit a few more dealerships before we made a final decision. A few days later, after visiting some other dealerships we returned to Oscar at ALM and asked if we could take a second look and test drive the Honda Accord he originally showed us. Oscar seemed to genuinely take into consideration our wants and needs, and after having second thoughts on the Honda Accord, he suggested an Acura that was at a similar price point. We test drove that and ended up choosing it as our new car. Throughout the entire process Oscar went above and beyond and we never felt pressured in any way. He even gave me a tutorial on all the technology features in my vehicle before we drove off. Thanks Oscar! More
