Purchased a used 2015 Ford Fusion from Oscar at ALM Kennesaw. Called ahead and asked Oscar for his best deal, he gave me a great price out of the gate. After reviewing the vehicle, Oscar even sent it back into detailing for us because the car wasn't cleaned to his standard. Paper work took quite a bit of time, but it was a Saturday afternoon and the dealership was very busy. As for the car, the transmission went bad 20 minutes up the interstate. Oscar and ALM have been very responsive in getting it resolved, even offering to cover any expenses for repairing the car and providing our family with a rental while the car is in the shop. Oscar even checked in with me on his off day to see how things were going with the repair. We're still waiting for the car to be repaired (it was towed to a different dealership), but Oscar and ALM Kennesaw have been very helpful in this process. I would purchase from them again. More

They had an attractive RAV4 at the most competitive price (which is consistent with ALM if you do your research) for a 2014 LE model. I took the one hour drive from Newnan, GA and was pleasantly greeted by Oscar Bryant. I have purchased around 12 vehicles in my life, and I can confidently say Oscar made this the best experience I've had. It is unusual, in my experience, to find an automobile professional that treats you like you want to be treated - no pressure, excellent explanation of the vehicle, straightforward, efficient, and very respectful of me and what I was looking for. The best part of my day at ALM (in addition to purchasing my new RAV4) was meeting a good person that genuinely cares about his job and customers. Working with Don was, simply put, a pleasure! Not only is Don an extremely nice person but he was acutely knowledgeable of all of the make and model cars at which we looked. Most salespersons want to "bag 'em, tag 'em and move on. We must have test driven 4 to 5 vehicles and Don was extremely patient through the entire process as it was clear that part of his objective was to ensure that we got the car that was going to be the best fit for us. I gather that is pretty rare based on past experience. If I were to have search for a car again, Don would be the first one I would contact and I would highly recommend to anyone that they do the same! More
