I called and spoke with Oscar Bryant My Husband and I were looking for a 2016 Toyota 4Runner, and we came across a listing on Kbb.com that ALM posted. I called and spoke with Oscar Bryant about the vehicle, and he was so nice, professional, and straight-forward. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He sent us the price, listed out so we could see exactly what we would paying, with no hidden costs. He also sent us the car fax on the vehicle. We set up an appointment, went and test drove the vehicle, and finished the buying process. Overall, this was the best car buying experience that I've had. We researched several compact and mid-size models and narrowed our choices down to four sedans. We visited several dealerships where some salesmen didn't take us serious or really didn't listen to (or believe?) our criteria. We met Oscar Bryant when we visited ALM Kennesaw to test drive we found online. The car did not fit our needs, but Oscar actually listened to what we needed and found several vehicles within our budget. He spent most of the afternoon shuffling cars around so that we could test drive all of the vehicles that we were interested in. Thanks Oscar for the time and attention! More

Purchased a used 2015 Ford Fusion from Oscar at ALM Kennesaw. Called ahead and asked Oscar for his best deal, he gave me a great price out of the gate. After reviewing the vehicle, Oscar even sent it back into detailing for us because the car wasn't cleaned to his standard. Paper work took quite a bit of time, but it was a Saturday afternoon and the dealership was very busy. As for the car, the transmission went bad 20 minutes up the interstate. Oscar and ALM have been very responsive in getting it resolved, even offering to cover any expenses for repairing the car and providing our family with a rental while the car is in the shop. Oscar even checked in with me on his off day to see how things were going with the repair. We're still waiting for the car to be repaired (it was towed to a different dealership), but Oscar and ALM Kennesaw have been very helpful in this process. I would purchase from them again. More

They had an attractive RAV4 at the most competitive price (which is consistent with ALM if you do your research) for a 2014 LE model. I took the one hour drive from Newnan, GA and was pleasantly greeted by Oscar Bryant. I have purchased around 12 vehicles in my life, and I can confidently say Oscar made this the best experience I've had. It is unusual, in my experience, to find an automobile professional that treats you like you want to be treated - no pressure, excellent explanation of the vehicle, straightforward, efficient, and very respectful of me and what I was looking for. The best part of my day at ALM (in addition to purchasing my new RAV4) was meeting a good person that genuinely cares about his job and customers.
