A concerning experience redeemed. My husband bought a truck roughly 3 weeks ago here, and Oscar was his sales person. We were initially very happy with the vehicle until we discovered that the truck had some issues. Needless to say, we were lucky my husband bought the warranty because it was a total of almost $1,000k in parts and labor that had to be fixed at our local dealership since we live 4 hours away. I initially spoke with Oscar when we discovered we needed repairs. My husband listened in on the conversation in which Oscar seemed to blame the local Toyota dealership for possibly 'upselling us' and creating issues that weren't necessary. He continued to talk over me and tell me a story about how his wife went in to get maintenance and they tried to sell her brakes. This had nothing to do with my situation, and truly left me discouraged because he just seemed to be talking me in circles. This morning I spoke with Brendan Prickett who works in Service and he was the saving grace for this dealership in my opinion. Brendan reassured me that they understood my concerns and issues. He let me know that the proper steps would be taken and truly made me feel like an appreciated customer. We had a nice conversation about my concerns and how he is willing to help. I would definitely work with Brendan again. More

They promised me several times that they would send me copies of all the paper work and never did. I kept asking Don to send them and he kept telling me he would and never did, I bought the car at the end of December 2016 so it's been awhile. Even the manager promised to send me copies of all the paperwork and never did! If you say you're going to do something then do it. Do not go here, they bend over backwards to sell you a car but after that, they cut you off. More

I spoke to Charles I was on a quest for a Infiniti Q50 all throughout Atlanta and surrounding areas. I went to a few dealers but ALM was my last stop. I spoke to Charles initially but he was out and referred me to Oscar. As soon as I met Oscar he gave me a welcoming feeling. I let him know about a previous dealer I was considering going back to and he ran the carfax on their vehicle which turned out to be a lemon/buyback. He could have easily allowed me to leave and end up losing money but by going that extra mile he saved me a ton in the long run. Highly recommended. A+++ More
