GREAT, unlike any other dealer experience in the best way! I had been researching a used Mustang (Shelby GT350, not the easiest car to find!) and this dealer had the perfect one I was looking for. It was at that point in time that they gained my business, THE MANAGER CAME DOWN FROM THE "HIGH DESK" TO DISCUSS IN PERSON!! I have purchased MANY cars in the past and this is the first time I have had the manager come to talk and negotiate directly. Everyone knows the game that most dealers play with negotiations, "let me go ask the man in the high desk" and you never actually get to meet him, that has always drove me crazy!!
